Work with me one-on-one as yoga was traditionally taught, and receive the guidance necessary to develop a practice tailored to your body, mind, and spirit.
Sessions may comprise:

Options to incorporate a guided yoga nidra, or yogic sleep, as well as Thai yoga therapeutics are also available.
Individual AcroYoga lessons are available for students who are interested in training with me, whether you want to learn the basics of the practice or hone your Hand-to-Hand skills.
Together we’ll explore all of the elements of AcroYoga: solar and lunar, flying and basing, supporting and being supported. We will cultivate trust, confidence, and connection as we take your acrobatic skills to new heights—literally. You already have wings. I’m just going to remind you how to use them. All it takes is one happy thought.
