I’m James
I’m a Florida local, a movement enthusiast, and a full-time yoga instructor who’s lucky enough to teach all over the world. I’m also a handstand junkie with a whole lot of love for acrobatics. When I’m not guiding my students toward a more balanced state of being, I’m probably balancing them on my hands. Check my schedule above to find out where.

Private lessons
I love to work with groups of people, but my favorite thing is to work individually with my students. I offer private yoga lessons, acrobatic training, 15-minute flights, and more.
